Traveller Type: young couple
: The staff of the hotel are friendly and introduce us the redwood park, so really nice park. We saw a lot of huge tree inside. Especially, the couples can speak fluent Chinese.

: The rooms were spacious. Loved the convenience of a kitchenette. Loved that it had 2 beds and a sleeper sofa.
: No air-conditioning. Not enough pots and pans. Didn't like the smell.

: Really great people here. The owner is a very kind Chinese couple, showing us great hospitality and giving very useful sightseeing advice. And they provide microwave oven in the room!
: Really shabby, but will do only for one night short stay. The old-fashioned dark-colored bedcover drove my friend crazy. If you care about white sheets, reconsider.

: A lot of electrical outlets, nice table and chairs, near Redwood National Park
: Bathroom has no lock; I couldn't find a way to turn on AC; the room is quite dark

Traveller Type: family with young children
: We liked the location and that they offered a family suite with 2 a joint rooms a bathroom and a small fridge, microwave, and coffee pot.
: The beds were old, broke down, and uncomfortable. The main door was hollow and did not make me feel secure and comfortable. The place was old and outdated. Ok for a quick night stay, but anything longer than a night you would need a better location.

: the location was right at the edge of the beach you could literally walk to the beach in less than 10 seconds the staff was friendly and helpful, the bed was comfy and a separate sink and sitting area. also super close to food & grocery stores
: close to the entrance of HWY 101 so lots of load traffic going by, never really super quiet. the bathroom where the shower and the toilet are was very very small. basically if you’re a light sleeper, or a very tall bigger person this place is a no.
